When you contact us
We collect the information you choose to put in an enquiry: your name, contact details, message and any preferred visit date, time or group size. We use it to respond, discuss your request and keep track of the conversation. A visit request is not a confirmed booking.
Email updates are optional
Where email subscriptions are available, we only add you to the marketing list after you request updates and confirm your email. You can unsubscribe using the link provided with an update, or ask us to remove your details.
How this website works
The site uses an essential session cookie for secure forms and staff sign-in. It does not include third-party advertising trackers. We count page views in aggregate to understand which pages are useful, without storing individual visitor browsing profiles. Temporary, hashed network identifiers help limit spam and repeated sign-in attempts. Your hosting provider may also keep server access logs.
Access and sharing
Authorised team members can access enquiries and subscriber information. Website hosting and configured email providers process the information needed to deliver those services. We do not sell your contact details. External links, such as WhatsApp, social networks or directions, take you to services with their own privacy practices.
Keeping and removing information
Our configured enquiry retention period is 180 days. Website administrators run retention cleanup; records are not automatically erased unless that scheduled task is enabled. Backups and hosting logs have separate retention arrangements. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your details, or withdraw marketing consent, by using the contact form.
